Online Adoption Application Pebbles came in owner surrendered after animal control went out and found that they weren't being cared for. They were in a dirty pen and only being fed rice. This is what her foster mom has to say. Pebbles is so sweet and loves kids, other dogs she goes to her kennel with no fuss. She is a great pup with a heart full of love to share
