Online Adoption Application Simba is a sweet (estimated) 8 year old neutered boy who was rescued about a year ago from a hoarding situation, and most recently, left with a foster for 2 months so he wouldn't have to go back to the shelter while his owner figured out his housing. Unfortunately, due to his living situation, the owner is unable to take him back, so he finds himself in need of a forever home. Simba shared his home with 2 young children who Adored him, and has been fostered with 4 female dogs who he loves to play with. He's been around male dogs as well, and while he doesn't bother them, unless they're submissive, his way of playing (barking in their face) could cause an issue so he'd be better with females. It is unknown how he is with cats. He has a lot of energy, which makes me think he may be a bit younger. But he also loves his humans, will follow you everywhere, and is always up for relaxing in front of the TV. He's completely housebroken, and uses the doggy door like a champ. He's treat motivated and takes them gently, and lets his housemates get theirs while waiting his turn - quite a gentleman! He'll bark to let you know if there's something you need to know about that you might have missed, but is otherwise a quiet dog.
