Hello, my name is Phil, but my foster parents call me Phenomenal Phil! I am a healthy 6-7 year old boy, although I am a bit portly right now (I weigh 14 lbs. and my ideal weight is around 10-11 lbs.). I get along great with the other dogs in my foster home, and I also love people. I walk politely on a leash, sleep quietly all night in my crate (even though I would just as soon sleep in bed with my humans), and love riding in the car. Oh, and did I mention I am house-trained? After I get a bath, I go crazy with the zoomies, and it makes my humans laugh out loud.I am looking for a family who will help me continue my weight loss journey, give me belly rubs, love and cherish me, and think I am phenomenal.
