Female Dog, Pit Bull Terrier

Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed

Description:

Deborah is a sweet and loving Pitbull/Boxer Mix looking for her forever family! She has an adorable heart shaped nose, and big puppy dog eyes! She's estimated to be around 2yr old, and weighs 50lbs. Deborah is a social and loving girl who loves to say hello to everyone! She is dog friendly and is great with kids too! Deborah has a medium energy level - she loves to play with her stuffed animals or fetch her ball. She's a food motivated girl, and is quickly learning her basic commands (already knows sit and stay). Deborah is crate trained, and is also potty trained (with regular potty breaks). She is a wonderful passenger in the car and would make a great addition to a family who wants to take their dog on fun outings!Deborah would do great in a house with or without other dogs, and would enjoy having a fenced yard to run and play in. She is a silly and happy girl, who loves to cuddle and be loved! Deborah is Heartworm positive and is currently available for a foster to adopt situation until her HW treatment is complete and she is medically cleared for adoption. If you are not familiar with Heartworm disease, dogs get it from mosquitoes, and it is not contagious. It is easily prevented & highly treatable but requires extended rest during treatment. BarkVille will cover all of Deborah's medical expenses while he's being fostered and receiving HW treatment. For more information about Deborah, please email us at [email protected]. If you would like to adopt this sweet girl, please submit an application for her at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applicationsBarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from his foster home.
