Female Dog,

Unknown Breed

Description:

Blair is a 6 year old German Shepherd with epilepsy that I have raised from a puppy. Blair is in need of a new home - preferable a permanent forever home or no-kill shelter equipped to manage her medical needs. She’s a wonderful dog - house trained (does have incontinence during seizure windows, less so if someone is home with her to get her outside quickly), great with kids and pets, great on a leash, sweet in demeanor, and loves to cuddle. She is a quiet dog; she will play and enjoys being around other dogs, but she is fairly low energy and is happy to relax around the home. She is not destructive - never chews on things when left alone. Her only “detriment” is her seizures, which is hard for many to look past. She is currently having seizures once a month and typically in clusters. She is up to date on vaccinations, blood work, and follows with a neurologist. Please let me know if there are any specific questions! **** Breed: German Shepherd **** Pet Link: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/adoption/pet_detail.php?petid=2176020&flag=1
