Description:
Odie is almost 1.5 years old mix at about 48lbs. He loves his people, especially getting nightly snuggles and a good belly rub. He really enjoys time outside, walks, and playing with any toy that squeaks and rolls! He has a bit of a nervous personality when it comes to strangers, but warms up pretty quickly. He is currently in a home with young kids who he loves and does “doggie wake up calls” and hood snuggle time with, but with his nervousness we think he will flourish more in a home with children 10 and up. He also lives with a dog currently. They get along well, but Odie wants to be the dominant dog, so a home with a passive dog would be best. He has played well with puppies and a few other dogs as well. He is potty trained, listens to common commands (sit, come, down, etc). He doesn’t sleep in a crate currently but has in the past. He is also trained on an electric fence and does very well with it.
