Despite it all, he has remained incredibly sweet. Raphael is a truly wonderful dog with a big heart. He responds so well to commands, sitting obediently and taking treats gently. It's heart warming to witness Raphael's transformation and see him thriving! This lovable boy is more than ready to find his furever home.
