Noel is a sweet puppy who is looking for an experienced owner. She is active and playful. She can be vocal and likes to talk back. Dog friendly and has enjoyed having dog friends in her foster home. She cannot be in a home with cats. And is currently learning some obedience skills. Noel is doing great on her potty training and is crate trained.
