Male Dog, White German Shepherd
White German Shepherd (Long Coat)
Description:
Male - 18 months - 59 lbs - Microchipped - Neutered - TXHi there! My name is Rocket and I am an 18-month-old, 59 lb neutered male. I am already housetrained and crate-trained. I am currently crated when left home alone. I am a friendly boy who does well with men, women, and older children. While I haven’t shown any behaviors that would indicate I’d not do well with small children, I haven’t been around any to know for sure. I am a leaner and will push into you for affection and rubs! I am welcoming to visitors to our home. I have done well with other dogs of both sexes and could do well with canine siblings or by myself. I will try to intercept other dogs getting affection so I can claim it all for myself so my foster dad has been working with me to learn there is enough affection for everyone. I like to run around the yard with my toys, especially a good frisbee! I am still learning that giving my frisbee back is required for it to be thrown. I cannot go to a home with cats. I like car rides and getting the chance to get out and about to play with my human! I pull slightly on leash and get excited when we see another dog, so my leash skills are a work in progress. I have learned how to sit and down on cue. I would love to continue learning! I am a playful, sweet guy who is ready for a family of my own. Could that be with you? Follow me on Facebook: #EchoDogRocket2024 For more information, please contact [email protected]. Echo Dogs fosters dogs in many states. Visit www.echodogs.org/available-dogs to see more of our dogs. Transportation for the adopted dog IS available. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $350. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense. Proof of spay/neuter will be required!
