Wesley experienced some trauma at an early age. He is definitely a shepherd mix, just take a look at those radar ears. He needs a home with someone patient, and puppy experienced. He appears to have somewhat of a developmental delay, but is making a great deal of progress. A home that is quiet and willing to work with Wesley on basic obedience is needed. Wesley will require a fenced yard and no small children.
