He came in with his sister Ruthie when their family couldn't give them the care they needed. Born 10.19.24 these adorable little chihuahua mixes are incredibly sweet and so full of love and cuddles. They love everyone they meet including the cats and other dogs at the shelter. Rowan is about 10 pounds currently and might be 25-30 full grown. He is learning lots of things and will need someone to continue helping him with his housetraining and kennel training. He is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300.00 on a spay/neuter contract.
