Xavier is about 2 years old. Xavier s a Pitbull mix. He will need an active, experienced family to show him the way and train and socialize him! He loves to cuddle, eat, and play! He needs a home with someone strong, experience and one without male dogs. He is an alpha dog, so with proper training and having a strong alpha leader, will go a long way. He thrives off consistently and schedule! A meet and greet with any other dogs is a must. If you would like to give Xavier a forever home, fill out an application at www.barktownrescue.org. XAVIER'S ADOPTION FEE IS $100The shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at the dog's predominant breed or breed mix. We strongly encourage you to select your new pet by looking at each dog's individual personality and pet qualities rather than relying on a breed label that is only our best guess. Our adoption fees vary from $150 and up. All of our dogs are up to date on vaccines, heart worm preventives, and flea/tick medication, and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
