**Please read the entire bio before submitting an application. Thank you!** King is a petite one year old Jack Russell Terrier who was living as a stray in Cincinnati. He has formed a strong bond with his foster mom and canine siblings, and coexists peacefully with cats. He enjoys playing with toys, doing laps in the backyard, snuggling with foster mom, and rough-housing with the other dogs in the house. King remains cautious around people — particularly men. He will flee or bark if he feels threatened, but has not shown any signs of aggression. King is still working on potty training and does not currently walk on a leash, so he will need continued support in both areas. He requires a patient and understanding owner who is willing to earn his trust over time. His ideal home is one where he feels secure, can adjust at his own pace, and has a canine sibling to provide reassurance. He would do best in a home without children. With time, patience, and a committed adopter, King has the potential to become a fun and loving companion. King does require a home with a fenced yard and he would prefer to be in a home with another dog companion. He is neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. His adoption fee is $300.00. Step 2: PawPrints will review the application, verifying Vet and personal references as well as landlord requirements/restrictions (if applicable) Step 3: IF your application is approved, we will call you to schedule a meet and greet for you to meet the pet. Step 4: If the meet and greet goes well, we will schedule the home visit.
