Description:
Whisper is in need of a loving home where someone has the time and patience to help her build confidence. She's timid at first, but in a matter of hours, she warmed up to us and is doing great! She's very treat motivated! She knows how to sit, shake paw, and lay down, but she needs more practice walking on a leash. She will likely need some work with being housebroken, also. We think it would be best for her to have a home without small children. We posted a video on our FB page at Scott County Animal Care & Control, go check it out!
