Foster or adopter needed Dear Santa, Hi, it’s me, Tara! I’m writing this letter while wagging my tail furiously (it’s kind of my thing). First of all, I’ve been a very good girl this year. Like, really good. And yet…here I am, still waiting for my forever family to come along. My friends at AAHA are scratching their heads, and honestly, I am too. I mean, come on, Santa—how am I still on the market? Let’s review the facts: I’m kid-friendly (yes, I’ll gladly take all the sticky fingers and belly rubs), dog-friendly (I’m the life of the pup park), AND cat-indifferent (I barely even notice them, which, let’s be real, is a miracle). I’m potty trained, crate trained, and a fetching legend. I even sit and wait patiently for you to throw the ball. (I know, I’m basically a unicorn in dog form.) Plus, I bring the joy! I wag my tail so much it’s basically a full-body workout, and my zoomies? Comedy gold. Want a walking buddy? I’m a dream on a leash. Feeling down? I’ll cheer you up with my butt wiggles and goofy grin. I mean, what else could anyone possibly want in a dog? A built-in Netflix subscription? Santa, all I want for Christmas is a home to call my own. I don’t care if it’s a foster home or forever—just somewhere I can curl up at night knowing I’m loved. My friends at AAHA are doing their best, but let’s be honest, this face deserves a couch, not a kennel. So, what do you say, big guy? Sprinkle some holiday magic my way? Help me find a family who will appreciate my charm, energy, and top-tier snuggle game? I promise to be the goodest girl and bring endless tail wags and love to their lives.
