This puppy litter's story is heartbreaking. Their mama named Lady, was about 7 years old and had just given life to 8 puppies. She was shot in the stomach by a heartless and evil soul who does not deserve to be breathing right now. She was rushed to the ER where our rescue partner, Because Of Roscoe, who stayed with her until the very end doing whatever they could to save her. They could not stop the bleeding and she had lost too much blood already. Lady had given birth to 8 puppies. 4 died during the hurricane when a tree fell on the porch where they were living under. All 4 puppies are safe with us now because they wanted them to have a better life. For now, we want to welcome these 4 little babies. They survived for a reason. They are now safe, being loved, and cared for by their foster. Ladybug, 6 week old puppy who will be ready to join their forever home 11/1! At best guess these puppies are pitbull mixes.
