Animal Care & Control is looking for a rescue group to assist in placing Muppet in a foster home, prior to adoption, in an effort to best set him up for success. The shelter is a tough place for dogs right now because it is full and there are a limited number of volunteers to get them out each day. Muppet and many others could really use your help!
