ASPEN Female, spayed 1-1/2 years old Pit bull terrier 46 lbs. Microchipped, up-to-date on core vaccines and takes monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Aspen is a sweet, cuddly and smart girl with a gentle disposition. She is crate trained, potty trained and is a fast learner! Her foster describes her as smart, easy to train and a good listener. Aspen was an owner surrender as her mom is entering the military and wanted her to be with a new family while she is still young. She has lived with other dogs and cats, and does well with men, women and children. At one point she lived in a home with a 3-year-old and a newborn baby. She is the sweetest and loves to snuggle! She sleeps with her head laying on the pillows and snuggled under a blanket. When she plays fetch, she runs like she’s a race car and zooms in circles! Aspen is a big pile of love and loves almost everyone on the spot! She may need a few extra minutes with adult men, but otherwise adores all people and kids. Her foster says she is very outgoing and energetic and makes an excellent emotional support animal - she will lay on you and lick your tears away. She gets super excited when you get home and wants all the attention you have to give! She likes to be super close with her people and even loves feet - she will sit on or at your feet almost any time she can!
