www.huskyrescueteam.org If you have additional questions please email [email protected] Jubilee. We don't know much about her history because she found herself in the shelter as a stray originally. Jubilee was then adopted out by the shelter and returned twice. Once because she was too much for the elderly owner and once because she was too much for the resident dog. So we intervened and brought her into our program. Jubilee is amazing. For starters she's a big girl. She weighs 64lbs but will be close to 70lbs once filled out. Her personality and sweetness level are as big as she is! Jubes loves to play but loves to cuddle more. She loves her walks and car rides. She can be vocal when she wants attention. She is great with other dogs but would be fine being an only dog as long as she has human companionship most of the day. She needs people around her most of the day or she'll need to go to doggy daycare. For anyone who works out of the home, daycare would be great for her as an outlet. She's great on a leash but much more a leisurely walker. She likes to take in all the smells. She's likely a mix. Maybe with Belgian Malinois. While those are two high energy breeds, we would consider her to be more moderate energy. She's a great companion and would enjoy being someone's center of attention. But you must love to cuddle! Jubes is a cuddlebug and wants to lay her head in your lap. Jubilee is food motivated and highly trainable. She knows a few basic commands and is housebroken. She can be a little cautious with strangers coming into her environment but quickly warms up to you. She has ears for days, a winning smile and little black toenails. Jubilee is being fostered in MD. Anyone wishing to adopt should be willing to visit her here. She is two years old, spayed, current on her vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative. More about Jubilee can be seen here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1WohQWSBUt/ But please come back here to apply.~~Husky Education And Rescue Team is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it’s like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you’re interested in. If you’re still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at www.huskyrescueteam.org/apply If you have additional questions please email [email protected]
