Male Dog, Siberian Husky

Siberian Husky (Long Coat)

Description:

www.huskyrescueteam.org If you have additional questions please email [email protected] An amazing H-E-A-R-T foster asked to save this boy, so today he got his freedom ride! Welcome to the H-E-A-R-T pack, Malachi! This handsome devil is approximately 6 months old. He still has his baby teeth. He found himself in a shelter as a stray, was adopted out and returned for being 'too much puppy', and was now on borrowed time. So we rescued him! Malachi has now been neutered, microchipped and brought current on his vaccines. He's learning so much from the other dogs at our sanctuary and mimics them. It's very cute! He will need other large breed canine friends in the home who like to play, play, play. He is a Husky puppy after all with plenty of energy. Malachi needs a fenced yard and room to stretch his legs. He's still very impressionable so we'd prefer to find him an adopter who has breed experience, or in the very least large breed working dog experience. At this age he shouldn't be left home for long days. If you work out of the house he will need a dog walker mid-day or to play at doggy daycare. He's an inquisitive guy and an all around nice fella. But he is still a puppy so you'll need patience and to continue his training. (house, crate, etc.) Video: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/qNNUprujUWtHd6jp/ Malachi's is located in NC. His adoption area is CT, NY, NJ, DE, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA. We can transport and will consider neighboring exceptions for the right home! Apply at www.huskyrescueteam.org/apply~~Husky Education And Rescue Team is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it’s like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you’re interested in. If you’re still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at www.huskyrescueteam.org/apply If you have additional questions please email [email protected]
