If you’re looking for a sweet companion to curl up into your lap, he’s your perfect match!He is a medium energy dog who enjoys playing tug of war and fetch, but is happiest when he’s snuggled up on the couch. Fischer is fostered in a multi-dog household and absolutely loves to play with other dogs. He makes friends everywhere he goes (human and canine alike). He has ignored cats in his foster home and would be fine with or without a feline sibling. He has met children and would do best with dog-savvy children. Fischer looks to his humans for guidance and reassurance in new situations, and he adapts quickly with encouragement. Fischer is a smart boy and eager to please. He is fully crate trained and sleeps soundly in his crate overnight and can be crated for a few hours during the work day. He is mostly house trained, and does best on a consistent schedule and is starting to learn to cue when he needs to go out. He is making progress in his leash training, and with time will master it. Fischer is looking for a family who loves to snuggle and will continue teaching him new tricks.
