He is doing great being fostered in a multi-dog home and his foster shares: “Lamont is a joy to foster. Even though he came to my home with a few unknowns growing up in the shelter, he’s been a very easy-going good boy. He would do well in nearly any home!”He is a medium-energy pup who enjoys playing in the yard and with his toys but also perfectly content chilling in the house. Lamont follows cues and is respectful of other pups’ play styles, so he’d do great with or without a canine sibling. He has interacted well with dog-savvy kids and would likely be fine around cats, even though he hasn’t had much experience with them. His favorite things so far include belly rubs and couch snuggles.Lamont is smart and eager to please, as he is fully crate-trained and house-trained. He will happily go in his crate for a treat and is crated occasionally in the day and overnight without any issues. He has had no issues with his potty training and continues to do great when taken out regularly. Lamont is working hard on his leash skills and is quickly improving as he builds his confidence.His zest for life and go-with-the-flow attitude will make for a fantastic companion- are you ready to welcome him as part of your family?Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website.
