Description:

Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: NoGood with kids: Yes, dog savvy childrenCrate trained: YesHouse Trained: YesMaddie is a marvel to look at! This mid-sized mongrel has the most animated facial expressions and adorable button ears, enabling her happy-go-lucky personality to shine brightly! She enjoys going for walks, and nothing makes her happier than chewing on her favorite squeaky toys. Bonus: She comes fully house-trained, too!Maddie is a social butterfly who loves everyone she meets, including other dogs and all people! However, she is not suitable for a home with cats due to her high interest in them. Maddie is very friendly and sweet, but her energy level and lack of body awareness might be too much for small children, as she could accidentally knock them over. Otherwise, Maddie would be perfect for a variety of home environments.Maddie has mastered the basics and is trusted to roam free around the house, including enjoying furniture privileges. She loves her walks on a leash but might pull a bit—nothing a little positive redirection can't fix.If you’re looking for a delightful dog that is full grown, house-trained, and downright AMAZING – you’ve met your mutt! Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at www.lasthopek9.org. Last Hope K9 Rescue is licensed with the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (#0151).
