She is quite shy upon her first sight of new people, but after a few minutes of sitting she will go to them for pets and accept treats. Madison is very submissive to both humans and some, but not all dogs. Her temperament is calm, loving, gentle, quiet and easy. She is low energy and very calm indoors, but will run and play normally with other dogs outdoors.Madison loves to play with other dogs. She plays tug and wrestles, as well as races around the yard. She also enjoys napping on her bed, the couch or the floor during the day, but she is fully crate trained, as well as housebroken.Madison has not lived with any cats in her foster home, but she has ignored any that walk past the yard while she is outside. She has spent time with older children and is very gentle. Madison has learned to walk on a leash, but taking another dog on the walks helped build her confidence.
