Once comfortable, he is the ultimate cuddle bug and will likely do well in any home ready to take on a puppy and excited to continue his training.Oscar is a lower medium-energy pup, where he loves to play with his toys and nap for hours. He gets along well with other dogs of all ages and sizes, so he'd likely be fine with or without another dog in the home. His gentle disposition will likely do well with a cat sibling. Because he needs some extra time and space to get to know new humans, he’d do best with dog-savvy kids.He is a smart boy learning the ropes of puppyhood, quickly picking up basic commands like ‘sit’. Oscar is fully crate trained and mostly house-trained. He is crated occasionally throughout the day and at night. He may protest a little at first but settles quickly. Oscar has had minimal accidents since coming north and will continue to need to be taken out regularly as a young pup. He is working on his leash skills. Oscar’s got velvety lab fur to keep you warm this winter. He will surely have you falling in love with him in no time- is he the one for you? Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
