Sophia was nervous when she first came in, once she realized who was taking her out and feeding her she came around quickly. She warms up in no time and would love a family that will keep up with her by taking her outside, teaching her leash skills with positive reinforcement, and even giving her some enrichment.OTHER PETS: Sophia has interest in other dogs but will take her time and initiate play if comfortable. Sophia doesnt like dogs who can be pushy she will reciprocate. She would do best with a calm, tolerant dog. Case-By-Case (Must meet first) NO CATS !!!!! OWNER EXPERIENCE:Sophia can be uncomfortable with handling she would do best in a home with someone who has some experience handling dogs and can give her the enrichment she needs. some experience KIDS:Sophia is uncomfortable with some handling she would do best with kids who understand when to give her space. She also can get jumpy when excited smaller kids can easily be knocked down. For that reason she would do best in a home with kids who are 12+(Must meet first)ACTIVITY LEVEL:Sophia would do best in a active home where she can let loose all that energy. Sophia loves going outside, that excitment does lead her to pull, positive reinforcement will help her learn loose-leash skills.
