Storm is a blur of activity AND a blur of color! This heart-nosed sweetie boasts a coat of both brindle and merle in addition to his stylish white blaze and toes. Storm will need some support learning how a dog of his size should behave in various situations but we anticipate he will take well to positive reinforcement training since he loves positive feedback so much.OTHER PETS: Storm is an outgoing, playful dog who attempts to engage all dogs he meets in play. He is rough and rowdy, and sometimes verges into rude behaviors with smaller dogs. His best match would be with a dog of similar size, play style & temperament. Likely - Similar Size & Temperment - (Must Meet First) OWNER EXPERIENCE: Someone who has previously owned a dog before would be less overwhelmed by Storm's mischevious behavior - he will jump on and off tables and sometimes forgets that he knows how to walk with a loose leash and begins pulling. Some Experience KIDS: Storm is uncomfortable with some handling, wary of new people (but warms up quickly) and is a strong, rambunctious dog. His best match would be with a household that does not have any pre-teen or younger humans.13+ (Must Meet First)ACTIVITY LEVEL: Storm is a dog who will need multiple daily walks or a combination of walks and other engaging activities & mental enrichment to ensure his needs are met. Positive reinforcement training is a great stepping stone that will open doors for other activities like dog sports (agility, flyball, etc) and becoming a human adventure companion. Supervised outdoor playtime and puzzle toys are also good options to keep Storm mentally and physically engaged.
