Description:
Jerry is the sweetest dude you’ll ever meet! This lovable guy adores carrying around his favorite stuffy, soaking up belly rubs, and spending time with his dog friends. He has learned so much from his foster furry siblings and is always eager to be part of the fun! Jerry walks well on a leash and is highly motivated by snacks—perfect for training and learning new tricks! He is house-trained and sleeps soundly in his crate when his foster family is away. His New Year’s wish? To find his forever family! If you’re ready to make his dream come true, apply for Jerry today—one of his CCRC friends will be in touch! Jerry has 2 virtual Valentines! Thank you Emily Lange-Atwater and Kathy Schemers!!We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email [email protected] with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support.
