Meet Tawny! She is an 8 month old, 39 lbs Anatolian Shepherd mix. She's definitely small for the breed and, unless she has a growth spurt, may not get much bigger. She gets along with everyone...dogs, cats and kids. While being extremely playful with other dogs, she is more on the submissive side. She is still learning not to jump up, so older kids preferred. Typical of the breed, she is very smart and catches on quickly. Tawny is also very food motivated, so she's easy to train. Tawny is house-trained, crate-trained and will sit on command. Her favorite pastimes are playing with her canine foster brothers and chewing on a good Nylabone. A physical fenced yard is highly recommended but not required. She would do best in a home with a canine or feline playmate (or both) or an active family.Tawny is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $350.00.
