Isla is a gorgeous young girl, who would love nothing more than to find a human to love, trust and learn from! She's a human's dog .. tolerates other dogs just fine...but she's all about her person! She's a true Velcro dog! Once she bonds with you, she is yours forever! She's a pleaser and will work for you and go anywhere with you! She is the best cuddler and companion! She loves car rides and can't wait for her next adventure! She'd love to be your partner in crime!Isla has prey drive but her foster says that with clear rules and great leadership, she could co-exist with a cat. She can also live in a home with older kids who respect her and know that she will chase if they run!Isla knows basic commands, is crate and house trained and well mannered in the house. She has some anxiety around the world as she was not socialized appropriately when young, but can settle with the help of leadership by her person. She will need continued work to become more confident and learn the rules. She thrives under a confident leader who can show her the world and how to be in it. She loves structure, consistency and directions!! Thus, she will need someone experienced in providing good leadership in order for her to feel safe!She is the sweetest, cutest, most adorable little girl.
