Hi, I'm Riggs! I'm literally the most perfect dog in the world. I love other dogs, get along absolutely amazing with cats, adore children and everyone I meet, I love to give hugs and cuddle, I do great in car rides, and walk wonderfully on a leash. Seriously, I'm perfect! I also keep my kennel extremely clean in the shelter and know to potty outside. Again, I really am perfect! There's nothing I love more than love and attention. Please come adopt me!
