Male Dog, Terrier

Terrier / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

My name is Bruiser. I’m an energetic puppy looking for my forever home. I’m potty-trained and house-trained. I would love an active family of my own. I’m still a puppy so sometimes when I’m excited and want to play I lead with teeth, but I’m getting better. I know the word down when I get excited and want to jump up to say hi when you get home. I come when I’m called in the backyard. I do well with older kids and other dogs. I’m not a huge fan of kennels and I’ll cry for a while after I’m in it, mainly because I want to be with you and the action but I usually settle down after a while. Cats are okay, but I want to play with them and can sometimes be too curious about them. I’d probably be best in a house without cats. I’ve never been around small children but I’d probably be okay with them too with some obedience training and monitoring while I become familiar with the small kid. I like walks but prefer runs or quick walks to burn off my energy. I do well on a leash but could benefit from some extra leash training. I love playing tug and fetch and chasing after balls outside. I love sleeping in bed with humans and I’d love to be snuggling with you in the near future. I can't wait to meet my forever family! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00
