Hi! I’m Opal – one of the little Chi-mix puppies that recently joined the rescue. Do not let my photos fool you, I am tiny. I have soft black fur with a white chest and white front paws. I have the cutest ears that frame my tiny, sweet face. My sister, brother and I are currently living in a busy foster home that has three bigger foster puppies and two adult resident dogs. I am the most playful of my siblings and am the first to initiate playtime. Now that I feel settled in, I am really having fun and love being a puppy! I love playing with toys and exploring in the yard. I also like to follow around the big puppies to see what they are up to. Snuggling is a favorite activity of mine, too. I love to be held by my foster parents and their three kids and easily fall asleep on their laps. I am working on potty training and leash walking. I have not met cats but have done well with all sizes of dogs. I feel so lucky to be in a warm home and I am excited to find my forever home – will that be with you? Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
