Charlotte is an adorable Bassett/Beagle mix that is about 1-2 years old and about 25 lbs. She is darling! She is said to be good with other dogs, kids and cats. She will be coming to rescue in a few weeks and needs a foster home and of course, a forever home. This dog is looking for a foster home and ultimately, an adoptive home!
