Whisp and her littermates were dumped at a high kill shelter in West Texas. She loves all dogs and everyone, cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful.We are getting to know Whisp more and will update as we get to know her. First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to a vetting appointment if needed.
