Mountain Cur / Catahoula Leopard Dog / Mixed (Short Coat)
Description:
Hi, I'm George Boy but my foster family calls me Georgie. I was born in a chicken coop in MN with my rambunctious litter of siblings. My favorite thing (besides treats) is getting to play with my foster siblings (two large shepherd mixes). Not to brag, but I am a big boy and am getting very good at playing tug, although my foster family says I am still learning what things are okay to tug on. I am learning a lot real quick, like how to go potty outside, hold it overnight, walk on a leash, be calm in my crate, sit, lay down, and wait politely for my food. I am very brave, but if I am not sure if something is right, I will let you know with my loud seal-like barks. My foster mom is always laughing because I like to roll around when I play, and I often roll off the dog beds and couches. I think it's fun. I hope to find a forever home that can keep up with my energy and give me lots of snuggles too. If you think I can be a good fit in your family, I'd love to meet you! With my charm, intelligence, and loving nature, I’m sure to make a wonderful companion for a lucky family. George Boy is from an Owner Surrender.
