Tayo is slowly learning the ropes of being a dog. He’s curious about people and, with a bit of time and patience, will warm up quickly to anyone who can show him that humans are cool. Tayo comes from a semi-hoarding situation where he was one of many dogs, so he’s still figuring out the world around him, but finds comfort and companionship with Tayo would do best with a confident dog friend to help him learn the ropes and show him how to dog properly. He’s not a huge fan of dinner time because it means being picked up, but he loves heading outside with his dog buddies to potty. His big eyes have a way of looking right into your soul, and you can tell there’s a lot going on behind them. Tayo isn’t used to walking on a leash yet, so he’d do best in a home with a secure fenced yard where he can safely explore. With a patient human and another dog to guide him, Tayo is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. Due to his skittish nature, young high-energy children may not be a good fit for him currently.
