Introducing Henry, an adorable 11-pound Mini Dachshund who thrives on companionship, whether it's with his human or his furry friends. Henry has formed a special bond with Penny, and together they are truly inseparable. He adores curling up on laps, engaging in a game of fetch, or playing with his favorite toys. This sweet pup seeks reassurance and affection, making him a perfect addition to a loving home. Henry's friendly nature makes him an ideal companion for anyone ready to embrace two affectionate dogs. Age: 10 years Breed: Mini Dachshund Weight: ~11 pounds Kid-friendly: Yes, considerate older children Dogs: Yes, proper introductions Cats: Yes Crate trained: Yes Potty trained: Yes but can mark in a new place Health concerns: None Current medications & estimated costs: Adoption fee: $550 for Henry and Penny together As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.) Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine. $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal. Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation.
