Boomer is a two-year-old, 13-pound Dachshund mix with a playful and happy personality. He gets along well with both dogs and cats, making him an excellent candidate for a multi-pet household. Boomer would thrive as a family dog, spreading joy and companionship to everyone around him. He has great inside manners and is crate trained. His favorite activity is chasing balls in the backyard. Boomer needs an active family who will take him on adventures. Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
