A cat swatted at him and he walked away and did not seem to interested. Phineas does seem like he would have a tendancy to chase cats.KID TEST: (God with Kids) Phineas would do great with kids of all ages. HOUSE BROKEN: (Housebroken) Phineas still has accidents overnight, but tends to keep a clean kennel during the day. He seems to be potty trained. ENERGY LEVEL: (Med-High) Phineas is very much a people dog and loves to spend time with everyone. He enjoys toys and treats. He would be a good addition to a family that loves to be outside!LEASH WALKING: (Good) Phineas likes going for walks and does well on a leash.
