Description:

Please contact Renee ([email protected]) for more information about this pet. Please visit our web site at https://tarasdream.org/adopt to fill out an adoption application for this pet and for more info about our adoption process. Archie is a happy, curious, and loving boy with plenty of energy for all the adventures! He enjoys meeting new people of all ages and gently interacts with everyone. He is a good listener, walks well on a leash, takes treats gently, and is house and kennel trained. Archie rides quietly and politely in the car. He needs help to get in as he is understandably hesitant since the humans that gave up on him took him on a car ride, pushed him out of the car in a parking lot and drove away. He's learning quickly to trust that car rides lead to fun adventures and a safe return home. Archie is a people pleaser, treat motivated, easily redirected and so affectionate. He has been a perfect foster respecting the older canines disinterest in play and making a new friend who also loves to play. He likes playing with toys, other dogs and being with his foster human. As active as he likes to be he is also a great couch potato and foot warmer. You will never be alone as he wants to be near the human at all times. Archie will do well in a home with another playful canine and a fenced yard or frequent opportunities to play with other canines in safe outdoor spaces. He is ready for his own family that will love him forever! Approximate Birthdate: April 2024 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.
