Scrappy's Adoption Fee partially Sponsored by Joy Morris! Scrappy is a sweet 2-year-old girl who may be small, but she’s a solid 40 pounds of love! She was found in a culvert pipe with a friend and is a little shy here, but she’s so incredibly sweet and ready to find her forever home.
