Male Dog, French Bulldog
French Bulldog (Short Coat)
Description:
Meet Cruz, the fun-sized, heavyweight champion of love! Cruz is a sweet 1.5 yr old, 35 lb, brindle purebred French Bulldog with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. Due to no fault of his own, his former family could no longer keep him and surrendered him to us. He enjoys cuddling, car rides, adventures with his peeps, playing fetch like a pro, chewing on appropriate toys, and food. His loyalty and affectionate personality make him impossible to resist…We’re sorry we can’t clone him and make you a husband! Ha! Cruz would love a home with a fenced in yard to get his energy out and lose a few pounds. He’s crate trained and housebroken when let out regularly, though will occasionally get excited pee when he first sees his human after time apart. Cruz would really thrive as the only dog in the home and being your BFF, soaking up all the attention, however, he might be open to a furry sibling with proper introduction. We were told he doesn’t like dogs bigger than him, but we are still testing the waters with all sizes. If you’re looking for a companion to bring so much joy to your life, he might be your guy! Cruz is fully vetted and vaccinated, neutered now, microchipped, on heartworm prevention, and ready for his forever family! His adoption donation is $550. Applications can be found in the drop down menu on our website. https://havenanimalrescuenebraska.org Before applying, please be aware of the cost of French Bulldogs and the health issues they are prone to. PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AT: https://havenanimalrescuenebraska.org/adoption-application We do not have a facility. All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals. We are a state licensed, 501c3 nonprofit rescue and the adoption donation may be tax deductible for you. Thank you for choosing adoption!!
