Description:
Marlin is a lowrider Beagle mix boy who was recently rescued from a Texas shelter. He is 8 years old and weighs about 25 pounds - he's a laid back cooooool guy. Marlin is petrified of the cats in his foster home - he will not go down the hallway if they are in it. He is sooo funny and will even give them the side eye when they are trying to love on him on the bed. He is house trained and crate trained. He does great on a leash and loves walks. He is a total snuggle bug. He is doing great with foster mom's smaller dogs but the 4 bigger ones who are a bit rowdy he stays away from. He is definitely not an Alpha. He follows the little dogs and is not the least bit aggressive with anything. Sadly Marlin tested positive for heartworms but NorthStar will be making sure he receives the treatment necessary for him to get well. He also appears to be sight impaired in one eye.
