Pelusa has lots of energy and smarts that need proper outlets. While she seems to want to meet other dogs, she can be quite vocal during interactions due to a lack of proper socialization. Pelusa is dealing with some anxiety from spending too much time confined, but with proper exercise, mental stimulation, and patient leadership, she'll blossom into the confident dog she's meant to be.
