Cecilia is a sweet girl who is looking for his family. Cecilia is now in a NJ foster home. Cecilia is a sweet, shy girl. She was surrendered when her owner lost her home and could not bring her along when she became homeless. Cecilia was so afraid at the shelter but she is doing well in foster care. She is the perfect candidate for a second chance. Cecilia is dog friendly and tested well with cats. Cecilia is fixed, microchipped and up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines.
