Gemma has been let down by humans over and over again! As far as we can tell this is her 3rd or 4th time in a shelter. Despite this, she is the absolute sweetest, great with all people and other dogs. She actually came in with her brother, now Danny. It would be great if they could stick together but it is not necessary for her new family to choose them both. All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.
