Female Dog, Chihuahua

Chihuahua / Pug / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Anna Banana is our little neglected Puggle that came to us in emotional and physical distress. Three months later this girl is thriving and has had a dental, bloodwork, her hernia repaired and love. An abundance of love and patience that has brought out her sassy personality and her total confidence and desire to rule her home. She was a dog that was confiscated from a neglectful home. Taken to a Tennessee shelter as a 14 pound, 9 year old senior, she stood no chance of leaving there alive. All her medical challenges were corrected and she is a strong, energetic 9 year old. She jumps and runs around as much as any puppy and certainly doesn’t ACT like a little old lady girl. She's even started to enjoy playing with toys and it is a heartwarming joy to watch her act so happy. Anna is crate trained and potty trained. She has become Miss Independent and gained a lot of confidence and now we see that she needs to honestly be the only Queen of the house. She loves to dominate all the attention in her foster home and can be quite angry if she doesn’t feel that she has all the attention. If you work from home, she will happily keep you company, unless someone else in the house heads for a nap. She is always ready to nap and snuggle. She is the best snuggler and has an appreciation for comfy blankets and pillows. Anna Banana has blossomed and now is flourishing with lots of personality, a feisty attitude and a nose for having fun. And yes, she loves to be called Anna Banana. If you are interested in making this girl your very close friend in life please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.
