Hi! My name is Frankie and I am looking for a forever home. I was picked up as a stray and brought to a really scary place called a shelter where, after my stray hold was up and no one came looking for me, I ended up on something bad called 'the list". I was super scared and terrified of everyone who approached my crate, but a really nice lady saw past my bravado and got me out of there. She then called BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes! My foster mom gave me a little time and lots of TLC and I soon learned I could trust her. I do need to find a home where someone will also be patient with me but in return I will reward you with all my heart. I look a little older 'cause I'm worried about finding a home but I'm actually only around 4 years old, and at 8lbs, I will fit most anywhere. I have gotten along with the other small/medium dogs I have met and even share my crate with Molly, a dachshund mix and we haven't had any issues, even eating side-by-side. I've done good in my crate without any accidents or tearing up of any bedding; however, I would prefer to be out with you and may let you know not to forget about me if I see you. I haven't bothered those things called cats as the ones here are all bigger than me. I'm not the greatest on leash yet so I will need a physically fenced yard in order to take care of my business.
