ADOPT ME Poppy 9 weeks oldPitbull mixFemale, will be fully vetted upon adoption Are you in need of a puppy with most beautiful eyes who looks at you and just makes you melt? Look no further than Poppy, a 9 week-old love bug! Dogs: She would LOVE a doggy companion to entertain her puppy energy. Poppy has been in her foster home with 1 large and 2 small dogs and plays well with all 3. Anytime any of the 3 lay down, Poppy is will be right behind them ready to curl up and cuddle. She has taken correction from them well when they’ve had enough puppy energy too, she quickly removes herself. Cats: didn’t care to meet the cat in the foster home (she’s not the friendliest cat by any means) so she hasn’t had much interaction with her, but the time she saw her, she wasn’t even a little bit curious. Poppy is young enough that if she were to go into a home with a cat, she’d do just fine. Kids: Poppy LOVES kids, she’s in a foster home with 2-13 year olds and a 10 year old. Crate: Poppy does takes some time winding down once being put in the kennel for bed, she sometimes cries a bit but quickly gets comfy and falls right to sleep and sleeps through the night. She is kenneled when her foster family isn’t home and has done well in her kennel, no messes or destruction of toys. Potty training: she’s doing amazing with potty pads. Poppy hasn’t been trained to go outside yet since she’s still so small and has only had one vaccine but as longs as there are potty pads out, she will find them and has been great using them with very few accidents. In a nutshell, Poppy is a puppy, lots of energy, will need some training, still has puppy breath and will quickly melt your heart with her puppy eyes and cuddles.
